Superbills are provided upon request to assist clients in seeking reimbursement from their insurance provider. We accept all major credit cards, HSA cards, and FSA cards. All fees are subject to change with reasonable advance notice.

6. Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full session rate. We understand that emergencies arise and will handle exceptional circumstances with compassion and discretion.
